Duterte plans to expand cooperation with Russia

MOSCOW, Oct 5, 2019, TASS. President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte has started to build partner relations with Russia, Filipino Acting Agriculture Minister William Dar told TASS on the sidelines of the Russian-Filipino business forum.
“Our president [Rodrigo Duterte] has already started building partner relaitons with Russia. And we will continue to increase [the level] of partner relations with Russia,” Dar said.
