Russian PM contracted coronavirus, said he goes to self-isolation

MOSCOW, Apr 30, 2020, Pan Pacific Agency. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has announced during a video conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin that he contracted coronavirus.

“It has just been revealed that my coronavirus tests have come back positive. According the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor (Russia’s healthcare watchdog), I must observe the self-isolation, comply with the instructions of my doctors. This must be done to protect my colleagues,” the Prime Minister said.

Vladimir Putin agreed to appoint an acting PM of Andrei Belousov. This decree has already been signed.
