MOSCOW, Mar 25, 2020, Pan Pacific Agency. Next week will be inactive for all workers except essential services and govt services in Russia, President Vladimir Putin announced during his TV-address to nation on the coronavirus spread. The salary will be saved, he added. Russian President also said that a nationwide vote to amend the Constitution to be postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak. Vote had been planned on April 22.
