KUALA LUMPUR, Jul 5, 2021, Malay Mail. Parliament will sit for five days starting July 26, the Prime Minister’s Office announced in a statement issued this evening, after months of public and Palace pressure, Malay Mail reported.

Dewan Rakyat proceedings will take place from July 26 to July 29 and August 2, the statement said. Meanwhile, the Senate will sit for three days from August 3 to August 5.

“The sitting will be for the purpose of explaining to members about the National Recovery Plan,” PMO said.
