Two men dead in Queensland plane crash

GLADSTONE, Dec 8, 2019, 9News. Two men have been killed in a plane crash at a property in central Queensland. Police were called to the Round Hill Road property at Captain Creek, south of Gladstone, just before 7am on Sunday, 9News reported.

Police are investigating what brought the light plane down.

It is unclear what caused the plane to come down, however the men were declared dead at the scene.
Forensic Crash Unit officers are investigating the cause of the crash and will prepare a report for the coroner.

In a separate incident, another person was taken to hospital on Sunday morning after a light plane crash in the Atherton Tablelands.
