BEIJING, May 28, 2020, China Daily. The third session of the 13th National People’s Congress, China’s top legislature, has adopted a decision on establishing and improving the legal system and enforcement mechanisms for HKSAR to safeguard national security on Thursday, China Daily reported.

2,878 vote to approve decision to introduce new national security laws for Hong Kong, 6 abstain.

One delegate voted against it.
