Peru, China sign economic, technical cooperation agreement

LIMA, Aug 20, 2019, ANDINA. Peruvian Foreign Affairs Minister Nestor Popolizio and Chinese Embassy Chargé d’Affaires Li Yun have signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement, reported the ANDINA.

Thus, the Chinese Government will donate 100 million Yuan (around US$14 million) in order to finance future projects agreed on by both countries.

One of them is the project known as “Improvement of Services of the National Museum of Archaeology, Anthropology, and History of Peru,” which represents a significant assistance from the Chinese Government in favor of the Inca country in terms of cultural cooperation.

The Asian Giant’s cooperation complements the actions undertaken by the Peruvian Government and is proof of the excellent status of the bilateral relations uniting both nations.
