MOSCOW, Mar 23, 2020, Pan Pacific Agency. International news and analytical Pan Pacific Agency launched an online counter of cases of coronavirus infection in Russia amid confirmed cases are rising. Russia has recorded 438 cases on Monday, when Russian PM Mikhail Mishustin said that “the situation is not as acute as in other countries, especially in Europe”. But it’s alarming that a few days ago the number of confirmed cases in Russia was a half as much as on Mar 19 – 199.

Many media and official data sources on a coronavirus threat are shared in Russian internet, such as ‘Stop coronavirus’ web-portal. “Like everybody, we are worried about the situation in Russia that is gradually deteriorating. We will monitor the dynamics of infections online. A brief visualizing is now shared in the footer of the site. More details with three main infografics are available at covid19.panpacificagency.com,” Dmitrii Shcherbakov, agency’s managing partner, said.
