CANBERRA, May 1, 2020, 9News. In his latest press conference Prime Minister Scott Morrison said the National Cabinet will meet twice next week to decide which restrictions will be lifted first and how they will be lifted, 9News reported.

The PM would not be drawn on specifics, only saying that the more Australians download that the COVIDSafe App, the faster restrictions will be lifted.

“Australians deserve an early mark for the work that they have done,” said Mr Morrison.

The Prime Minister also doubled down on asking Australians to download the COVIDSafe App, saying it will help states relax restrictions more readily.

We do not know specific details of what or which restrictions will lift – only that an announcement will be made next Friday.
