US-China phase-one trade deal benefits both countries: Chinese ministry

BEIJING, May 27, 2021, Xinhua. The China-U.S. phase-one economic and trade agreement is beneficial to China, the United States and the whole world, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) said Thursday, Xinhua reported.

MOC spokesperson Gao Feng made the remarks at a press conference when asked to comment on the implementation of the trade deal.

The two sides should work together to create the atmosphere and conditions to advance the implementation of the phase-one economic and trade agreement, Gao said.
